- In all our business dealings, we follow Islamic honesty and integrity by the grace of Allah. The following terms and conditions may be updated or changed during the year.
- When writing to us, please clearly mention your name and full address in neat Urdu or English. Include house or shop number, reference, street, area, post office, tehsil, and district. Also provide your mobile number, landline, or email for quick contact.
- To avoid delay or confusion, please clearly write the book name, author, and publisher when placing an order. Also mention the price according to the current price list or an estimated value, along with any other conditions.
- Previous price lists should be considered cancelled. A new price list is usually issued at the start of each year. However, books are published throughout the year, and due to changes in paper cost and other factors, prices and discount rates may change. Please confirm prices by phone or letter if needed. The price printed on the book at the time of dispatch will be considered final.
- If any requested book is out of stock or limited in availability, the organization has the right to send the remaining books. The organization may also cancel any order fully or partially without giving a reason. Please clarify all queries before placing an order. Sold books will not be returned or exchanged. Any genuine complaints or calculation errors will be resolved. No bill is valid without the signature of authorized staff and the official stamp. Please note that we do not have any branch or franchise in Pakistan. We are also not responsible for the terms or actions of any sales agent or bookseller other than our officially appointed representatives.
- Books are sent through VPP parcel or booking service. All postal and packing charges will be paid by the buyer. Parcels are packed carefully, but after dispatch, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues during transit. If you have any complaint after receiving the parcel, please do not return it. Instead, receive the parcel and contact us with the bill number and dispatch date. Complaints received after 21 days from dispatch will not be accepted. Return of books without a bill will depend on the organization’s decision.
- Orders are usually processed within three days. Delivery within the country may take four to seven days through postal services. Please provide your mobile number to receive SMS confirmation of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by postal or courier services. VPP service is not available for international orders. For overseas orders, please send advance payment along with registered air mail charges, or arrange through your relatives.
- If you want faster delivery, you can use TCS or other courier services by sending advance payment. Please note that courier charges are higher than postal services. TCS service is not available in some small cities and towns. Advance payments can be made through money order, Telenor Easypaisa, or online bank transfer. Payment by cheque is not accepted.

- Orders below 500 rupees are not practical, as the minimum cost of packing and postage is around 300 rupees. For orders above 5000 rupees, payment must be sent in advance through money order. The post office does not accept parcels above 20 kg, so in such cases, books will be sent through booking service by transport.
- Special discounts are offered to registered practitioners, medical colleges, teachers and students of Tib and Surgery, libraries, and book sellers. For details, please contact us by phone or letter. To claim a discount, send your order on official letterhead with your institution’s stamp. Registered practitioners should also mention their registration number.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to receive the ordered goods. In case of intentional refusal, Idara Sulemani Lahore reserves the right to take legal action in Lahore courts. In case of any dispute between the organization and the buyer, the matter can be resolved through arbitration in Lahore. Each party will appoint one arbitrator, and both will jointly select a third arbitrator. This arbitration committee will give a written decision based on Quran and Sunnah, and both parties will be bound to accept it. No legal case can be filed against the arbitration decision.
